Phased Rollout Plan


Phase 1: Alpha Site

Date: October 2009-March 2010

Details: Phase I will entail a private alpha site with 50-100 early adapter users who will test MediaMidrash's functionality, usability, and to populate MediaMidrash with content.

Support Needs: In Phase I, MediaMidrash will need development partners to provide non-financial support including advising, networking and testing.


Phase 2: Private Beta

Date: March 2010-August 2010

Details: In Phase II alpha testers will have the opportunity to invite further users in order to develop a robust community of educators and contribute additional content. Modules for premium services including individual institutionalized pages and customized content will be developed.

Support Needs: Phase II will require additional development partners to expand the network of educators and institutions utilizing MediaMidrash.


Phase 3: Public Beta

Date: August/September 2010

Details: Phase III will roll out the comprehensive MediaMidrash platform, open to the general public in time for the start of the school year and High Holidays with full availability of both free and premium services.

Support Needs: In Phase III MediaMidrash will seek financial support to underwrite custom video content, the design of interactive tools for Jewish education and the continued development of the platform.
